"Great location, nice view of fuji-san, nice garden and trail at the back, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The fact the rooms had some older furniture was fine since it was according to price. Easier control of hot water in the shower would be better."

"Overall experience is super for service and facilities.
Just a problem in the kettle. It had leftover Chinese tea leaf stuck in kettle cap and after use it the leftover come out from kettle. But I think not the fault from staff as i used the kettle can’t see any dirt or leftover until I used it. "

"My favorite stay in Japan! From being welcomed by the staff to all the amenities, this hotel had a lot to offer. To start, the hotel grounds were beautiful with koi pond, tea house, river views. You can rent a free yukata to walk around the hotel with. Breakfast and dinner was included and it was delicious, servers were very friendly. Our room had a private onsen overlooking Mount Fuji, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very spacious as well. I would love to come back here again and recommend it to anyone. "
