Indulge in this luxury townhome located in a golf course community. It is located just 5 minutes east of I-25 and very close to amenities and many walking and biking trails. You also get the benefit of the community's great clubhouse, which includes a gym, kitchen, indoor fireplace, dry sauna, bathrooms, an outdoor firepit, outdoor grills, and a hot tub. Your perfect retreat awaits!

This is my personal residence, so there may still be a few of my personal belongings in the basement.
