Very clean and quiet

The location was amazing, and staff was friendly. A few down sides, for starters our room wasnt cleaned well. There was trash under the bed, hair still in the shower from previous guest. and the hallway carpet had stains (specially by the 2nd floor elevator). We couldnt call down to the front desk to fix a clogged toliet, due to the phone was broken. It appeared someone "hulked" the phone. Once we spoke to the front desk. It took the maintenence guy 45 minutes to arrive to fix a 2 minute problem.

This hotel was conveniently located near the venue we were going to. They were under staffed and never answered the phone when I called but the staff was nice. The starbucks is limited and the room are very out dated. The breakfast could be better as well. I did see that they were about to receive some much needed renovations so that will help.

This hotel is has the most amazing staff. The atmosphere is also great. However, the music can be heard everywhere in the hotel after 5. (Except inside of the guest rooms) We stayed for one night so that we could visit the zoo which is very close. I felt safe and cared about. My daughter has sensory sensitivity and I needed to request that the music be turned off long enough for her to get to our room. They granted my request. I would stay again if I just needed a safe place to stay in a foreign city. Rooms are nice and hygiene products are nice. Also clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta! Everything was perfect, very clean, staff was couteous and even the customers that were staying. We didnt bring a pet but we LOVED the fact that it is a pet friendly location. We will definitely look for Sonesta locations everywhere we travel in the future!
