"The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, shower very nice, and plenty of lovely towels, good temperature control. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that there are not enough valets to fetch cars, especially considering the very steep price- plus tips of course, as it's not the valets' fault. Otherwise, the property was perfect. I would definitely book there again but probably would use a ride service rather than rent a car."

"Excellent location. We were attending a soccer game at Providence Park, only 8 blocks away. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Tavern was convenient to catch a light lunch. Very polite staff. "

"Everything was great except for the free parking. The lot is extremely narrow parallel parking. Have to back out. and when doing this at night I backed into a black metal stairway that had no safety curb and it blew out my back window and damaged the rear hatch. Had to then drive 3 hours home instead of staying due to safety of my vehicle. "

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful. "Staff was great and super friendly. My complaints are that the room was not super clean. The bathroom sink was filthy, and you could see water stains on the shower from previous use. A lot of the walls had noticeable paint chips and the bed frames were extremely worn out and pealing. Also, although the elevator says you cannot use it without a keycard 99% of the time you could go in and press a button without scanning the card and it would work. From a safety standpoint I wasn’t a fan of that. As far as location this hotel is very central to downtown and it was $35 a day to park in the garage which was cheaper and safer that areas near by I felt."
