Arrived around 6-7 pm. The night front desk crew was inattentive and careless. No eye contact upon arrival and laughing behind desk. The laughing wasn’t a problem at first but this happened multiple times. The night desk crew was very short and because of lack of attention made some mistakes. They didn’t give full information which caused several unnecessary trips between room and front desk. Didn’t fully explain parking policy. I arrived with my cousin who drove, we clearly mentioned I would get her license plate and pay for the parking on my own card. The front desk person acknowledged this and was laughing with us. After my cousin went up to her room I came back with license plate and asked to pay. They then told me I couldn’t pay separate which was alright no big deal. But they wouldn’t give me the parking pass to put in my cousins car that I arrived with. It just didn’t feel like they were being professional or even really paying attention to us. We arrived on 2/21. The morning of check out 2/23 the same female employee was working and she was totally different employee. She was nice and courtesy and attentive. I don’t know if this was because her supervisor was close by but the service could have been better. Had no issue with the rest of the stay. The room was clean and service was great.

Customer service is great and the breakfast is good but we don’t like the carpet inside our room it’s dirty, We can’t even remove my shoes or socks...
