Staff were polite and cooperative. Checking in process was easy, quick and straightforward. Bathroom/walk in shower, clean and decent breakfast included in the night fee. Downside experience to share was hot water in entire pool area was shut down. Hot tub was out of order (without any notice while booking the room). We have been there for sport event so this was a big point to choose the place. Impossible to connect to your movie stream servers like Netflix or Apple plus. Kept showing error/try later but no luck. Bedding was clean, but could use bigger pillows and thicker/larger size of blanket. Thanks for the hospitality. We stayed here because the pictures of the pool and hot tub looked amazing and we wanted to use it. The hot tub was out of order. We were looking forward to the continental breakfast. It was supposed to have waffles but there was only a pancake griddle and they were awful. The scrambled eggs were powdered and tasted like they came out of an MRE. The lady refreshing all of the breakfast items yelled at my boyfriend for opening the wrong side of the bread container door. Then continued to watch us making dining an extremely uncomfortable experience. We decided not to get the breakfast the second morning of our stay. Breakfast was the norm hotel food, nothing special. Room carpet was wet underneath the air conditioner/heater towards the bed. Bathroom shower wall had long black hair stuck to the wall underneath the shower head, it was disgusting. We spent a night only noticing when I took a shower in the morning and got out if bed on the right hand side. Family refused to use the bathroom. Hotel gave us another room but had to wait and go back to the hotel at around 11am. Apologies were given, no compensation which should come from the hotel’s management itself. Not a pleasant experience with the hotel.
