« The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars. »

« Paid for one night (6/25/26) and had to extend,... paid for another night, through Expedia. When checking in, hotel debited our credit card $150 for each night ($300) "separate reservations" saying that it would be credited to our credit card upon checkout. It has not been, to this date, 12 days later! They also, in order to move us closer to our daughter's room, (after telling them we wanted a comparable room to the one we reserved) they did not. They moved us to an over-large handicap room...

« La chambre que j'ai eu est plutôt propre pour un motel ancien. Les deux chaises sont sales et devraient être changées. Les différentes serviettes sont de bonne qualité. Absence de porte-manteaux. Motif: "on nous les vole" ???. La chambre est grande, comme le lit. »

« Worst place ever ! When there's a sign on the door asking for your own security to lock de door and the lock has visibly been destroyed, you don't sleep that well. »

« They no longer have a pool. This place is genuinely.quiet and a great night sleep ! However there was an issue with one guest 2 doors down from mine . He was banging on doors and windows. I had to call the office 3 times before they did anything. Manager never on site we have asked numerous times times to speak with a Manager but always told she isnt here »

« There is a lack of parking and it cost $38.00 per night/day I was unaware of this until I got there. My stay was 10 days with 7 of those days with rental car . They should disclose this before booking it probably would have changed my mind to stay there. But very nice hotel. »

« The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor. »

« We had an okay experience. On our last night the key card would not work. We went downstairs to the lobby and found no one there. We called the phone and listened to it ring with no one picking up. Started yelling to see if someone was around and eventually someone showed up. He made new keys and sent us on our way. No "oh sorry about that or anything" Weird set up where the lobby is not accessible by the elevator. Shower curtain and bath mat needed to be replaced, both were torn and ratty...

« Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...
