« The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars. »

« The area the hotel is in is very clean and safe. The neighborhood is safe. There are lots of shops and restaurants, and even trails to walk around neighborhoods. It's convenient to Highway 26. The low star rating is really for my specific room. I arrived late and just wanted to sleep. When I went to the bathroom noticed there was dirty tissue in the wastebasket and what seemed like a used towel hanging on the shower door. « Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »

« The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time. »

« The moxy has become one of my go-to’s in Portland. The rooms have just what I need, the location is great, and the staff is wonderful every time. »

« Rooms were very dirty. They didn’t look like they had been cleaned nor the sheets changed. I had two room and even after changing our rooms to different ones the other rooms were the same. I was disappointed because the pictures online were nothing like the actual rooms. Will not stay here again. »

« Second time staying here, a pleasant experience overall. Checking in was a bit annoying, since only the bartender could do the process, and he was unfortunately swamped with bar customers for a while. Not sure why another staff member couldn't take care of the process. Other than that, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Noise from the shows below isn't so bad, although noise from other guests in the hallways in the mornings can be a bit much, but not unexpected given the layout...
