"Room top tier, customer service amazing, felt self, the room was clean, most comfortable bed slept in only complaint the cafe was terrible, the cafe lady was good but the food and drinks were really bad."
"Comfy and cozy to come home to at night, terrific housekeeping, cool atmosphere/staff ... about environmentally friendly, not sure, didn't see a recycling bin in my room, would be good to know how environmentally friendly ... "
"Old feel without the old drawbacks. Clean and comfortable with some style. Unlike the copy and paste boxes of the trendy chains. TV is antiquated but otherwise a great stay."

"Would stay again. Comfortable bed, nice shower, fresh coffee in the lobby, great value for the price on a Friday night. Underground hotel parking was extremely tight, narrow spots with cement pillars everywhere, my only minor complaint. "
"The room was welcoming and well presented. The bed was comfortable. I also loved the radio on the night stand: I have not experienced something like that in such a long time. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Lucia. I paid more than double the price for crappier places during my trip."
