Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!

Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a one-time pet fee of $30 per week with an additional $20 per week. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water, juice and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning

The suite was up an outdoor staircase which concerned me at first, but the suite was very welcoming and so was the owner. The view from upstairs of the marina and channel was beautiful. I love the water, so it was perfect for me. As far as the owner, I feel we actually became friends while I was there. She was very sweet and helpful!

Great, hidden gem. Was perfect for our quick night stay in RI and loved all of the thoughtful touches. When we left a small item behind, the host graciously offered to send it back. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay while visiting family. Room was spacious and very clean. Small frig, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and basic plates/utensils. Deck looks over marina and gets great sunset. Nothing negative to say about the place.

My daughter and I picked up our new rescue pup in RI and needed to stay one night before returning to VT. We had no idea how the dog would behave but Cindy said “no worries.” It all turned out great. I had a death in the family and Cindy was absolutely amazing. From soup to nuts she had thought of everything. I didn't feel like I was staying at a strangers home. (To the point that I text her that I made it home safe.) The property was beautiful and she left me treats and dog bowls for my pup. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The accommodations were clean and homey. Coffee bar and snacks were included. Close to good restaurants and other New England charms. Great place for a getaway stay. We enjoyed our stay and recommend visiting this cute Warwick apartment.
