"Hot tub not operable. No towels at pool on Multiple occasions "

"Overpriced; was told the tapia tower was recently remodeled but our room didn't appear to be. AC was not functioning correctly; Showerhead was dripping. Although there was an adult pool, kids were in it. Location was good and there were plenty of restaurants in the village although some of them were overpriced as well. No laundry facilities to do our own laundry rather than having to use the hotels overpriced laundry service. We were there during spring break so it was over crowded. Hard to find a vacant chair by the pools. No microwave in the room, we had leftover food but could not heat it up. Wouldn't stay there again. For the money I paid, I expected top of the line service."

"Parking was available for handicapped which is what we needed. always found a spot. Location was great . Walking Distance to Waikiki Beach/"

"There was not even a hot tub. The breakfast place did not even know how to cook scrambled eggs. Someone was playing music very loud late at night."

"Even with repairs on going out stay was still undisturbed and comfortable. Staff here are very friendly and helpful which why every time I visit O’ahu this is the hotel I choose to stay in. The location is convenient and easily accessible to most dining and shopping as well as the beachfront. "

"Very convenient to Pearl Harbor Memorial. Breakfast was quite good. Staff very helpful. Room had a musty smell. The property is a bit dated and needs refurbishing. "

"I have always had a great stay. Just this visit, my room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The housekeeping staff came and deodorized the room which didn't last. I now wonder if rooms are cleaned thoroughly after each stay."
