The building is currently under construction, which made parking difficult—we were unable to get a parking spot every day. « The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. « There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff! »

« Great location, everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience was the building being renovated, which meant the parking lot was 200 meters away. There were no disturbing noises. I recommend it to everyone. »

« Good communication from hosts. While photos of the interior of the unit are accurate, the furniture and everything was quite a bit older than they look in the pictures and some of it should be replaced. They would be fine if you're staying at your cousin's place for free but there is a higher standard when paying this much per night.
