The staff went above and beyond—every interaction was so friendly. I especially loved watching the sunset from the lagoon—it was pure paradise. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing escape, this is the place!"

"Overall clean and sufficient. Complimentary ukelele class, hula dance class, lei making class were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the building itself is on the older side, but sufficiently maintained and cleaned. The coffee shops attached to the hotel and nearby open very early, which was excellent!"

"Room was clean, air conditioner was very loud. The room was on the smaller side, but it seems to be an older building. The hot tub was not working so the water was as cool as the pool. The outside amenities, (bags, ping pong etc) was a nice way to spend some down time. Overall the facility was nice, the parking garage has a steep incline when entering or decline when leaving, but plenty of parking. Within walking distance to many stores. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again, most definitely."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We got there late and just stayed overnight so did not use any amenities. We did however purchase the breakfast package for convenience as we were not familiar with other options in the area. I made sure to confirm this at check-in and was told the hours were 7-10:30 on Sunday. We arrived for breakfast at 8:25 and were told that the restaurant would not honor our voucher as it was holding a special reservation only event. We talked to the front desk staff, then the manager - although they did apologize in a cold fashion they certainly didn’t seem to care at all and did not offer any alternative solutions. We did get a cash refund. Apparently this situation had happened several times with other customers that morning. We needed to walk 1/2 mile to the Ala Moana Mall to eat plate lunch at their food court."

"Room was clean, staff in the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok they just had breakfast sandwiches from jimmy johns, fruit ,and cereal."

"The hotel location was good however the hotel itself was average. There was no coffee machine in the room nor microwave. The pool was so small . I think only one person can be in it at time . I guess for the price , you can live with it ."
