Wake up to the Sun from this corner unit on the 15th floor in the brand-new Yates on Yates building. This well designed 520 square foot one bedroom, one-bathroom suite boasts 9 ft. ceilings, with modern finishes and views to die for. It features exceptional SE views of downtown Victoria's unique mix of modern construction and historic architecture as well as ocean and mountain glimpses.

The designer kitchen consists of an induction cooktop, wall oven, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, build in fridge with freezer drawers, quartz counter, sleek Eurostyle cabinets, large built in pantry. The appliances in the accommodation are complemented by a Bosch washer and dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the luxurious bathroom offers a deep soaker tub and heated tile floor. The accommodation offers plenty of storage space with a large closet in the entry hall where also the washer and dryer are located as well as a built-in closet in the bedroom.

To complete it all, the condo has double glazed, Argon filled thermal insulated windows and combined with a heat pump, this will help to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Secure underground parking is provided for one vehicle and a potential for safe storage is included.

The building offers a rooftop terrace with loungers, BBQs and stunning panoramic views.
