Welcome to Seaside living! Menzies Manor is located just steps from the Ocean, and minutes the the heart of downtown Victoria. Menzies Manor is located in the quaint neighbourhood of James Bay, close to all amenities like grocery stores, post office, and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Menzies' beautiful suites allow for a complete restful holiday. After a full day of walking around our beautiful city, enjoy the comforts of home.

Our quiet 1 bedroom suite is located at the back of the building, with 1 bedroom and separate bathroom, offers quaint and comfortable furnishings, HDTV, and a full kitchen which comes stocked with all the essentials to get you started. A relaxing patio terrace complements the suite.

Just outside the front door, is Victoria's famous Dallas Road, where you can stroll for miles along the Salish Sea.

Important Notes:

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Check-out is before 11 am P.S.T.

Parking is free but there is limited space in the parking area at the back of the house. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please check with us before booking to be sure we can accommodate your vehicle.

This unit offers bicycle storage in a private locker room. If you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.

This suite is in the perfect location to enjoy the ocean and the city. We enjoyed the quiet building and street, and just steps away from ocean walks, or great dining, or coffee. We have already booked our next visit!

My experience
The location of this property is very good. Most of the furniture and appliances inside this condo are old. Bathroom is very clean but the tub is very small. The shower control is not comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is very low.

Menzues Manor Unit 3
Everything you can expect in a home away from home. Easy self-check in, clean accommodation, start-up supplies, comfortable bed, clean on-site laundry room and a half block to the ocean. James Bay is a very walkable community. This property is close to many Victoria attractions. I would not hesitate to rebook this unit. Thank you.

Perfect Location
I make a couple of trips to Victoria every year and usually stay somewhere different each time but if this place is available next time I go I will stay here again. Although I had a rental car it was nice to be able to walk to the Inner Harbour and to the nearby grocery stores (Thriftys or Red Barn). There’s no view from the suite but it’s not a big deal because you only need to walk half a block and you’re at the water. I liked having a code to get in rather than a key (one less thing to lose), having a bathtub, nice TV with Roku where I could sign in to Netflix/Prime/Disney, very comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything I needed including a proper fridge with a freezer. It was very clean and there were no concerns in dealing with management.
