\- No Unregistered Guests: Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property.  
\- No Food/Drinks on the Bed: Please avoid eating or drinking on the beds to maintain cleanliness.  
\- No Loud Noise After 11 PM: Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighbors and other guests.  
\- Access to Listed Areas Only: Guests are permitted to use areas mentioned in the listing.  
  
Cooking Note: Due to previous damage, the ceramic stove has been turned off. Please use the spice kitchen for all cooking. Feel free to reach out with any questions.  
No Shoes in the Bedroom: Kindly remove shoes and place them in the provided tray.  
  
Late Check-Out Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $75 fee to accommodate cleaning schedules. Please notify us if you anticipate running late.  
Responsibility for Belongings: We are not responsible for any items left behind after check-out.
