This second floor (3rd level), 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, beachfront unit includes a private patio offering spectacular views from Cockspur Lighthouse and Ft. Pulaski to the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and the beauty of Tybee Island's sunrises and sunsets. You'll have convenient access to the beach and pool area and it's just a short walk to the tennis courts as well.

Bay View Villas is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking and "vaping" are not permitted in the condominium units, on balconies, or in the common areas of the property.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Very comfortable and excellently located!! Beach just a short walk and great views from the deck with ceiling fan! Huk-a-Poos just a short walk or drive for pizza. Great atmosphere. Short drive to Riverwalk area or golf courses!! The hosts were great in choosing decor and included amenities. I will look for this place each tome I visit my son that lives in the area!

Clean, well appointed unit. Beautiful view of waterfront and beach from balcony (saw dolphins one day), and steps from relaxing walks on beach. Very relaxing and peaceful stay, will definitely come back again!
