"It was a good stay"

"Issue with management not resolved. Paid for my room twice. No communication. "

"The breakfast was ok--nothing special. Tasteless eggs, dry potatoes, and rubbery sausage. The easy-bake cinnamon rolls were not bad though. The coffee was also kind of not great. The hot tub was barely luke-warm. I chose this particular hotel because it was the only one that I saw with a hot tub. That evening there happened to be a kid birthday party at the pool--25 loud kids and many were in the tub splashing around. I just left. Thats sucked. 9:30 ish PM the fire alarm went off because some idiot guest thought it would be a good idea to smoke a cigarrette in the stairwell. What's so hard about stepping outside to smoke? Third floor hallway smelled of freshly smoked weed too (during firealarm and after as well). I had to go to my car for 20 minutes while the firedepartment checked everything out. I don't care if people smoke, whatever they smoke....it's not even illegal in NY--why didn't they just go outside? "

"The place is nice with a beautiful view. Room was very clean, but cold - we had a problem figuring out the AC. A small note would have been nice. Internet was very poor and slow coming in and out. We were told that it happens when many people are online at the same time. The price was similar to other small places in the area."

"Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!"

"The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately when we went to use the shower the following morning we discovered it was broken. We were leaving that morning so moving us to another room would not work. Otherwise the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable."
