I would gladly rent again, hopefully in the warmer months. The only thing I can complain about was that we couldn’t get any of the TVs in the house to work and there was no way for the owners to get us that information. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms on the second floor were an unusual layout but they ended up working out fine. The area was beautiful. We were able to explore a brewery and a winery and would like to go back some time to see more of the area. The outside area of the home was delightful to sit and take in the beautiful lake view.The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a property to accommodate a large group of mixed ages and families, this is it. The host was good at getting back to us. The host was not very helpful for local things to do. Unfortunately since we have left we have had not such a good experience. We were charged for towels that had stains on them (supposedly couldn't get make up stains out?). We have also been charged for breaking a ladder that was already broken when we got there. We were also blamed for burn marks on their deck which was from the neighbours setting off fireworks (they have since retracted that). The beds are decent and the outside areas are very nice too. We stayed over a long weekend and had family ages 6 months to 82 years old staying with us. Everyone had a great time and loved the house! He location is close enough to a larger town that I got grocery delivery with ease, and only a 30-40 minute easy drive to Seneca Lake. Very nice for a large group! ##### Natashia H. We simply love the lakeside location and all of the beautiful views it affords. It’s truly peaceful. One if the best parts about this property is that there are so many single bedrooms. It’s ideal for adults who want to be able to have their own bedroom. While the house is lovely and very comfortable, it could use a little upkeep. Upstairs bathroom could use a new shower head, some of the blinds needed fixing, and the bedrooms could all use bedside lamps. ##### Annie S.
