« Fantastic family vacation! Plenty of space for 13 people and a dog. Great central location for all our activities- kayaking, wineries, picknpatch farm, and spotted duck ice cream. « Great view of the lake with many windows. We stayed during the winter and were sad to not be able to enjoy the porch and yard. We loved the open kitchen dinning room with a large table was perfect for our group. A few of the group complained of beds not being very comfortable. We did all of our cooking in the home and were glad to find pots, pans, and appliances. The selection of knives and mixing bowls was limited. « House was huge and had plenty of room for a big group. It had a nice outdoor space and the room with the bar and ping pong table was great. The house was clean and stocked with soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of yard games to choose from as well. TVs were large and equipped with Roku. « The property itself was very nice, We did not appreciate the difficulty of getting in. It took over an hour in rain to get the door open. The combination lock did not work and it took 3 phone calls to finally learn where there was a lock box in the back with a key. »

Our host was very responsive and even messaged us the night before to let us know we could check in any time the next day. It was a great jump off spot for Keuka and Seneca Lake. « What a great property!! Great views of Seneca lake and a pond right on the property. I must say the owners take care of any needs that might arise.
