Very friendly place to stay. Room was well appointed and everything well thought out. Rachel was a great host. Location is nice too, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Immaculate, lovely, well-maintained, renovated old inn that offers a fantastic breakfast. It is not real spa - no massage was available and the outside jacuzzi was offerred too late. The family is lovely and very busy. Bed is comfy and rooms up the narrow stairs feel a bit cramped.

I have been here twice with my partner and have LOVED it each time. We will most likely be returning in the future but for now I recommend y'all try it out! We had the "Pinot" room with jacuzzi and it was worth every penny!

The Wife and I were visiting local waterfalls and this BnB was centrally located and was an excellent base-camp for our adventures. If you’re used to BnB’s, this one ranks highly!

We had a wonderful time at the Gothic Eves B&B. Great hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable about the region. The house is tastefully decorated, with very nice rooms. Everything is very clean, breakfast very nicely served in a sun room with views of the surrounding gardens. We wished to stay longer but we hope to come back soon.

Simply put, stay here

Restaurants close by, yes, shop with coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and other nibbles close by, yes. Low to no outside street noise, correct. Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. Breakfast was served in a lovely glass enclosed morning room, so you look out at the greenery filled grounds while you eat. This is the place you want to return to at day's end after your adventures. Also, book the massage. Just do it, book the massage and stay at this inn while you're in the area. You're welcome.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Inn. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated however it didn't have a closet. The closet and ironing board were the only things I needed in the room. Other than that I have no complaints about my stay. I highly recommend this place. The stuff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast super delicious and every morning was something different. The stuff accommodated your food preferences. Michelle who works there was very sweet and helpful.

Perfect Bed & Breakfast

The best part about our stay was our host, Michelle, she gave the best local recommendations. Everything she told us to check out was fantastic, like the local farmer’s market. Communication was excellent, even before we arrived. The house itself was lovely & historic. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet: we slept very well. We appreciated the mini fridge with freezer in the common area. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Next time we come back we will definitely book a spa treatment in their building next door. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

The property was nice, but I do not think it warrants such a high price. We have stayed in many BnB over the years, and this was one was a pricey ones. And we have stayed many times in the area, so we know the prices for stays. I was expecting more, a bit more pampering. Towels were scratchy, the bathrobe non absorbing because it was polyester not cotton.The light in shower didn’t work, along with a very difficult shower knob on turning water on and off. The water ran a lot longer because we couldn’t get it to turn off. I afraid we would break it. Very loud window room air conditioner. Also, altjough we did not use it, there was a charge to use the hottub. I have never encountered that. Host very nice, breakfast was great.

Gothics Eve far exceeded our expectations! Rose is such a joy to be around. We had a last minute need and she had everything prepared for us within just a few hours. We stayed in the Merlot room which was nice! Beautiful bathroom and step down bedroom. Clean, comfortable (the shower was amazing with optional body sprayers. Pressure and temperature were perfect) - the land is beautiful and food was delicious. Rose has a beautiful display of crystals and art as well. We didn’t get to use the spa but we will absolutely be back soon! Gothics Eve has set the bar high for B & B’s for us!

This is a wonderful gem not far from Ithaca. Rose and Rachel are kind and personable. The room I had was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again!
