"The location was great the room was wonderful, but just a slight complain, the we were staying in room 1973 on the first floor, the first night it was great, not so much in the 2nd and 3rd night both around the same time I was awoken by a loud sound of moving furniture on the ceiling of our room, it lasted around one hour each night.
