Our Light, bright & cheery Villa is fully stocked providing all the comforts of home. The property is appointed with an open floor plan - living room/dining room combo, spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen and indoor laundry. Our Villa has 2 bedrooms-The Primary bedroom has a King bed and plenty of closet space. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and is next to the guest bath including a tub shower combo. Centrally located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Paddock Sq.

If you want a home away from home stay here. The front porch is so peaceful to watch the neighbors walk the dogs, here the birds and just relax. Step outside and you will be greeted by the best neighbors around the block especially the lady across the street. Get in the golf cart go to Cane's restaurant (or walk), swimming, golfing and a ride to Lake Sumter Landing. Best location and manger.
