"Everything was amazingly clean. Staff were incredibly helpful despite my difficult needs as a guest. Lots of construction going on so hoping to see how amazing it looks the next time we stay! Breakfast bar was delicious and filling and included in the stay. They care about dietary restriction and it shows in their breakfast bar options :)"

Gorgeous room with a wonderful view of the city (and mountains peaking through) comfortable bed and the best hotel coffee we’ve had. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and definitely stay there again."

"Clean room no complaints, hot tub jets didn’t work and probably haven’t for a long time clearly the hotel is run on the cheap maintenance on everything is very shoddy, ie the door to our balcony was off the track and slide poorly and the entrance door to our room was very beat up and let a massive amount of light through. Overall not a bad experience but for the price you’d be better off to spend a bit more and stay at a higher end hotel in the same area."

"One of the staff was trying to break into our room. When we opened the door, they said they recieved a 'locked out of room' notice. We were in our room the entire time. Never coming back here again."
