"Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown. "
"Great place to stay to explore Lake Louise. Recently renovated rooms and very spacious. Hot tub was a bonus! Only draw back was price however very limited selection so you’re going to pay a premium. "
"We stayed there for five nights. Everything is as advertised. Kitchen, bedroom, fireplace, full sized fridge. Comfortable, very convenient. Nice to have the store (beer) and gas on site. Staff were great. I would definitely stay again!
The place is right next to train tracks. That was known up front and they do provide ear plugs. However, the trains operate many times during the night. Even with the earplugs we woke up daily around 4 am and were kept up by trains every half hour or hour afterwards…. For my wife, that was a dealbreaker. I didn’t enjoy it, but given the proximity to the parks compared to Banff town, I was very happy we stayed in Castle Mountain and I would do it again! "
"We LOVED our private cabin at Baker Creek by Basecamp. It’s right on the river, very private and cosy and we LOVED the fireplace & Jaccuzzi in our room⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Fabulous staff & easy access to Lake Louise via Ten Peaks shuttle (just 20min drive)"
"The cabin was very comfortable. Kitchen has dish ware and basic cookware. We enjoyed the fireplace and electric heater. The cabin area was very quiet even with all the tourists on the trail. We really enjoyed our stay."
