Quietly situated on the undisturbed and pristine beaches of St. Simons Island, North Breakers is a favorite vacation destination for families year after year.

Along with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, security gate, and covered parking, North Breakers features direct access via boardwalk to the heart of St. Simons' broad sand beaches.

North Breakers 402 features 2 bedrooms and two full baths in addition to a private partial ocean view balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area.

Small pets under 35 pounds are accepted for a $150 non-refundable charge. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.

Very nice condo, roomy and nicely furnished. Pet friendly! Property was well keep and on East Beach in quiet area. Everything was within 5-8 minute car ride and about 25 min walk to Village Pier. Easy beach access. St Simon was so relaxing and locals very friendly, definitely will come back and stay at North Breakers!

The property was Phenomenal! Outside of the tasteful beach decor, you’d never know we were a short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach! The shells found on the beach were the best & most plentiful we had ever found, the restaurants were amazing, and the waves were Perfect for boogie boarding during high tide! We would 110% stay at this property again and absolutely St. Simons Island was well worth the drive from Ohio :)

Our last minute get away with our sons 19 and 12 was a huge success. Although a low key island, it was great for us. The condo was clean an updated. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't figure our how to work the remote and someone was quick to help us. The guy at the bait shop told us where to catch the best fish and when. My sons caught a shark and sting ray and they were thrilled. Best of all, it was dog friendly.

We wanted to be near the beach and the location here is amazing. Also, there is a good view of the beach. However, for the price we were paying I would have expected a little better appliances in the kitchen and perhaps a more polished transition into the laundry room. Made it hard to have in room meals during the pandemic. The prices may be due to the holiday season, so I would definitely check this out again. Everything else about this place is terrific.

Nice property, beautifully decorated, nice bedding, easy process with renting and will do it again. Our only issue was the hike to the beach / waters edge was a little further than anticipated. The walk through the deep sand from end of board walk to the packed sand beach area was a challenge for family member with a hip issue. I doubt property owner can correct this or extend board walk... however I did not realize from postings detailing property this may be an issue that we would encounter. Simply thought property was closer to the water. We love SSI!

We had a really great trip. Perfect location for our family. The condo definitely needed a deep clean. The bathroom in the main bedroom needed the most attention. The shower didn’t drain so we were always standing in about 6 of water, a little rusty in spots but that’s just an older place. The kitchen was well stocked and overall we had a good stay.

The property was at the end of a dead end and it was so quiet and peaceful. We were able to ride bikes around the island and enjoy the views and the beautiful weather. Would stay here again!

Check in check out was very easy. Condo building and unit well-maintained. Pretty grounds. Unit tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and well-stocked and updated. Could use a lick of paint here and there on some scuffed walls and baseboards. Things like repairing drywall in the bathroom where hooks have fallen away and replacing a rusty shower rod and making sure sinks drain would really bring this unit up to five stars. The floors could have been just a little bit cleaner as there was other peoples hair stuck to the bathmats but overall the place was quite clean and well-maintained. Those we were really minor complaints overall as we were really comfortable in the unit. We also greatly appreciated being able to bring our small dog. And the unit did not suffer by being Pet Friendly. Much more annoying was the massive construction directly next-door on a different building which started at 7:30 AM and went after five every weekday. It made it so unbearable you could not stand to be on the grounds nor use the pool. Also out of their control was there seem to be lawn service somewhere in the area every single morning which made enjoying coffee on the porch impossible. If you want peace and quiet I think I would probably look for a little more secluded area or ask about construction before hand. Otherwise it’s a very nice location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to a few shops and restaurants. Given the right time of year I would easily stay there again. We enjoyed the tasteful and comfortable nature of the unit itself and location of East Beach area. Thank you
