"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped suite/condo with a great loft, at a great price, there are no better reservations to be had for couples or families. We will most definitely return in the off season. The beds are comfortable but the rooms can get a little warm (especially the lofts) in the heat of summer as there is no A/C, but we have stayed at multiple lodgings in Banff for numerous years, and Hidden Ridge is hard to beat. When we can get an excellent rate, there is nowhere else like it and we are never disappointed. "

"Hotel Canoe is a beautiful property. The hotel and the rooms are very tastefully done. They customize the tea/coffee options for your room, based on your preference which is really cool. There’s a cafe - Sudden Sally near the reception which has some great snacks, hot chocolate, etc that you can pick and go. A short distance from the Main Street, you’ll need to take roam transit ( the hotel provides free passes for the duration of your stay, so that’s good!). Our kids got a cute stuffy (complementary)!. Highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing stay at the MTN hotel! The place was incredibly clean, and we were treated to a stunning view of the Three Sisters mountains right from our room. To top it off, we received complimentary wine and chocolates along with a beautiful card full of lovely wishes for our anniversary – such a thoughtful touch! The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic as well; every meal was a delight. We’re already planning our next getaway here. The hotel is still finishing the spa, and while the hot tub wasn’t ready yet, we can’t wait to try it out once it’s done. Highly recommend this place! "
