"This hotel looks like it was upscale at some point in time but has succumbed to some level of decay. That being said, it was extremely budget friendly and the staff was more than pleasant to interact with. Also, the bed was very comfortable."

"Our first room was covered in mold, the hallway and room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold, and the room looked nothing like in the pictures. I talked to front desk and she seemed to have no knowledge of the addition they originally put us in and acted like she knew nothing about the smell, how the rooms looked, the mold, etc. They sgreed to move us but did not have a room big enough for all of us so one of my children slept on cushions on the floor. We were told they would have a room to fit us the next day. We waited around until 11am instead of going out and enjoying our vacation. I finally told them we just wanted to leave and to cancel the rest of our reservation. She did and gave us a SMALL discount on the first night. When we left the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. We left and went to the Hyatt, it was a much better experience for not much more money."
