"The staff is exceptional! All of the doormen were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Lucas, our favorite. All of the housekeeping staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. The food at Hoyt's was excellent. The Hoyt's bar is a great place to mingle and decompress. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of plugs for charging devices. The location is perfect, with a vast array of bus stops, across-the-street access to the Riverwalk, and easy walking distance to Millenium Park and the Chicago Art Institute. All-in-all, a wonderful stay. We really appreciated all of the humans taking care of us during our stay."

"The room was very clean for a less fancy city hotel. Staff was also super friendly. We arrived early and they were kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored."

"Early check in request was accepted but upon arrival we had to wait for approx 2 hours to get the room. Breakfast menu was repeated throughout the stay and that forced us to go out for the breakfast."

"The service and rooms were excellent. Beds were comfortable and views were to die for. The food at Terra16 was a good but the wait times and food service took to long. Our fruit platter took over a half hour for breakfast. The spa was nice, but the lockers were hard to use or some worked and some did not lock. Front desk was exceptional and property was gorgeous. I would definitely stay again and was very happy with the staff who generally were attentive and kind."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Congress Plaza. I had a room on the 11th floor with a terrific view of the lake. One problem: I stayed for two days and no housekeepers ever showed up to clean the room."
