Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

Best stay, wonderful property.

Overall everything was great!

Excellent hotel!

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Staff very helpful, friendly and excellent at their roles. Breakfast amazing!! Laundry facility very helpful. Room clean and good amenities. Highly recommend the hotel.

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The washroom is sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is an excellent addition to our stay. We all love it.

Les chambres sont propres et très confortable. Le buffet déjeuner est très bien et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Bon rapport qualité prix

First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great.

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.

Great location! Walking distance to a lot of landmarks. Breakfast was good And the staff was very friendly

Excellent hotel

Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.
