The Hotel Check-In employee was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The delicious warm chocolate chip cookies are a thoughtful touch. Also, the cleaning staff were helpful and nice. professional. The room update is very good. I had stayed here a few years ago before the renovation -- now it is much nicer. Thoughtful touches throughout: good coffee pods for the in-room coffee, and all day hot water for tea downstairs, and a small refrigerator in the room. Bed mattress could be firmer, but it was okay. I did not rent a car this time so it was convenient that the restaurant is downstairs. Rooms are very clean, with a pleasant, modern styling. . All in all, a clean, quiet, comfortable base during my trip.

I ask for non smoke room, and the one assigned smell a lot of cigarettes was a share room, but the give me a quick solution and give me a new room with not share room, people was nice and everything was good
