"Jeff’s place was just as described. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to “downtown” but there are other restaurants nearby. The pull out bed had a very thin mattress and the springs could be felt with your hand, so my daughter slept on the couch without it being pulled out into the bed. Worked for her as she is small but dont count on using the pullout if you are an adult!"
