"The reason we picked this location was the beautiful pic of the rooftop and it was closed, but we weren't informed of that. The lobby is very small and no tea or to go cups provided - just coffee to stay in lobby. Close to everything though, so great location and enjoyed the food and the pub. "

"Really nice location, I thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path, looking at the amazing sculptures. Restaurant next door, Riva, had excellent food, great service and a really talented pianist. Location close to shopping, ocean views and grocery stores for bottled water, pop, snacks. Also next door is beer / wine store and BC Liquor store. Breakfast a little disappointing with limited options which is the only reason for a 4, not a 5. I would definitely stay there again."

"Such a pretty hotel! However my only feedback would be if a room is on the main street the windows desperately need to be replaced. They are so think i thought several times our windows were open. Made for a tough night of sleep. I would come back if not for that."

"We really loved the location of this property. It was very close to downtown . Just off the main street and very quiet. In the back of the property was free parking and a nice fellow at the reception desk when we arrived. He explained how everything worked which was quite simple and everything in our room was clean and in working condition. Just around supper time they deliver your breakfast that you put in the fridge for the morning. It consisted of a muffin and yoghurt and some cheese and there’s a coffee machine in the room and cereal and granola bars in the hallway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay "

"It's a comfortable place to stay for the price. It's in a business district so not a lot around. That being said, Chinatown is a 20 minute walk, there's a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It's pretty basic, no coffee in the lobby. I definitely would stay again especially for the price."

"Such a great find! We had a room with a small kitchen (fridge/ freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dish drainer). All the needed pots, pans, etc. This was a great option for traveling with kids. We were able to eat a couple meals at the hotel, refill water bottles and pack snacks for our adventures. There are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. "
