"The location was perfect for all the main Victoria attractions. Proximity to the ferry terminal was the biggest bonus so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around very far or hire a uber/taxi. Staff were kind and helpful, they were even able to check us into our room early. They had convenient luggage storage if there isn’t a room available yet or you want to walk around more between check-out and your departure. The rooms are definitely on the aged side but ours was well cleaned. We felt safe walking around the area as two women even late at night."

"Perfect beds and perfect room. We used the water fefil station in the gym but never got a chance to use the pool. The microwave was a little awkward being almost at floor level but it worked and we really enjoyed the room. The only negative was finding a parking spot if you came back later in the evening. 2 transport trucks were parked, one using 5 parking spaces and the other using 4. The only place left for us was so narrow you couldn't open your doors and the street was also full of cars. Luckily while we were sitting wondering what to do someone pulled out to leave."

"Facilities location and room were nice. Very Heritage in style. Old world classy. Only real negatives: smal showers and 1 ply scratchy toilet paper. Downstairs foyer has a microwave, coffee maker, fridge tea and coffee. Snacks on the table and 11-7 Sherry available:) Only painpoibt was 'breakfast'... in the room: a couple of stale muffins, old mamdarins and no selection yogurt in the room fridge. Dry cereal downstairs, milks, with some cookies options. For the cost of this place, I expected a much higher quality breakfast as its advertised as a benefit. Good thing downtown Sidney has lots of good breakfast spots. Overall, I'd give the accommodations/location 8.5/10, but big points loss on the breakfast offerings."
