Zoe was flexible and accommodating with my last minute requests and so quick to respond to any questions I had. If you are looking for somewhere for your family or group of friends to stay, this is the one. Everyone had their own space while still being “together”. The proximity to the ferry and airport were much appreciated for the out of towners and the proximity to Sidney’s many bakeries and coffee shops were a big plus too. Feb 19, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Paradise in Sidney BC We spent 4 wonderful days in Sidney at this property and appreciated to the max the kind hospitality of the owner , who accommodated us without hesitation when we requested permission to arrive one day earlier than anticipated when our travel dates changed . The amenities are well stated in the offer listing , but convenience of the location being close to downtown Sidney truly made our stay manageable since we did not have a car. The property itself is nicely decorated and there is peace and quiet overnight that enables a restful sleep on very comfortable beds We would definitely stay at this property again if available Thank you Zoe !! ##### Geoffrey C. Ideal for couples but small for families. Outside deck furniture needs updating. There is a second rental with a divided wall. We were fortunate to have quiet neighbors for most of our stay but the last night we got new neighbors who were not as quiet so this could be an issue. Easy check in and out. No air conditioning and it did get warm. Paper products and basics in kitchen provided. Overall it met our needs. Hosts were accommodating electronically. ##### RICHARD I. Handy to downtown Sidney and the Swartz Bay ferries. The home was well stocked with household and cleaning items, with two smart TVs and wifi connections. Especially enjoyed the family-book room.
