Enjoy your family vacation in our family vacation home. We would love to welcome you to our Florida pool home where you can relax, play board games and relax by the pool. We have high chairs and a changing table if you have a little babe or two. We are centrally located for ALL your shopping needs. We're only 6 miles to the beach and 2 miles to all the downtown riverside night life! Home away from home begins here!
Welcome to Sebatian, Fl. Melbourne international airport is only 30 mins away! Security Video surveillance of the home will ensure your safety. The immediate neighborhood is very safe with a police officer living a few doors down. Thankful to have you as our guests.

Parties will be charged a $500 non refundable fee. No glass or food in the pool please. There are plastic cups to use outside.

Overnight Guests over 5 people will be charged $100 extra per person. All inventory is accounted for. Should there be any missing or damaged items you will be invoiced for that item. Thank you. Please enjoy your vacation time. 🏖

Good spot and clean but a few head scratchers

When we got to the house the thermostat has a lockbox over it and the thermostat was set to 78 degrees. When I mentioned it to the host she said it was “tolerable”. I don’t come to Florida to rent a house in the middle of summer to feel “tolerable”. Then she explained that it was this way because of past renters so I understood a little but then she started to go deeper saying she’s a single mom and was looking for mercy which I gave but why even have a vacation rental house if money is an issue? Sometimes she would answer my texts hours after I texted sometimes she was right away so that was kind of hit and miss. Overall the property was nice and a good spot the host rubbed us the wrong way.
