"Clean, easy to access, close to beach and restaurants. Owner is very accommodating and communicative. Neighborhood was a perfect home base for a MMA graduation close by. Would recommend!"

"Great central location - everything was brand new - nice to have a full size fridge and microwave - would have preferred a queen size bed in the bedroom as that was a little cramped for us but overall nice room for the price especially around the 4th of July holiday!"
