Great hotel with spacious rooms in a wonderful location

Great hotel but don’t get certain rooms on the 3rd floor or you will have a spotlight shining directly into your room all night! The ‘blackout’ curtains did little to help.

I checked in early and was given an accessible room, so I can’t speak to the experience of the average room. However, I can say that I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and even helped me find things to do in Boston. The 24/7 cafe was very nice, and the atmosphere of the entire hotel was lovely. The hotel room felt very comfortable, and my view of I-93 and the bunker hill monument was amazing. The only issue I ran into was running out of warm water during certain times of day, but it didn’t hamper my experience.

I loved the decor and friendly efficient staff

The staff was absolutely wonderful! And having the timed wristbands for the pool was great, I didn’t know we needed to schedule times and when I asked they were able to get my family a spot that night AND we were the only family in the whole pool area. Room and bathroom were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
