The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all exceptionally kind, polite and efficient. We loved the Hotel and the vibe. The breakfast was delish & presented lovely, and the coffee was so good!! We have 2 comments : 1)the hide a bed mattress was horrible, thin with no support. Our son slept on top of the couch instead because it was at least firm 2) the cigarette butts littered all over the front entrance and the front flower bed made this property look like a cheap place. We had a lovely stay here! Perfect for our little trip to Norwell for the Beantown Marathon. Well located, kind host and cozy room. The AC worked really well, big shower and little fridge and freezer to store food. There was parking beside our room as well. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit. Thanks again!!

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good the first days but when we came back the next day half of the stuff were already put away at 9:30 (fruit salad and waffles) which was a bit disappointing. There’s plenty of parking but it would be nice if the Hilton group would start installing some EV chargers in some locations.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife. Hotel was semi comfortable. Good location. Close to the Plymouth waterfront and a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Free parking and breakfast was pretty good in the mornings. Unfortunately the bed was a bit hard and the pillows too soft. Also upon entering our room, we found large breadcrumbs under the couch telling us housekeeping missed a few things. Otherwise was very a good stay. Would recommend.

In general : Very Good ,The location is well placed (licor store by walking distance (2mins) and Randolph food stores are nearby using car 5mins. The room we had (425) had a carpet to be washed and a hole of cigarette to fix.(even so it is non-smoking room)... but was not smelling smoke. The breakfast is excellent and staff was kind. Free self parking ! I would return anytime,
