"This is a nicely located hotel. I booked as it was much cheaper than surrounding properties. Floors 1-11 were under construction. There was a smell of drywall and paint through out though. The staff were nice, the rooms spacious and nice. Aside from the construction, the only issue is the number of elevators for the demand - you often have to wait 5+ minutes. Overall apart for the construction- this is a good Hilton."

"Very reasonable cost but rooms are hit or miss. My room lacked window treatments to block out the outside light and was not well soundproofed so I heard the elevator and people talking outside all the time. The TV also didn’t work. Positives are that the bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are well maintained, the location is very convenient, and the gym is small but good."

"Great home in an excellent and convenient location. An easy 10-minute walk to the closest T/subway station. House was super clean, well-stocked and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Modern appliances, renovated and comfy. We had a car due to some of our sightseeing plans. Never had a problem finding free parking in front of the house or on the same block. Our host, Jay, was very helpful and quick to respond from the pre-booking stage to checkout and beyond. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Boston. "

"House was as advertised and we appreciated having the four rooms and three bathrooms available for our families. Note that you walk in on the level of the three bed/two bathrooms and take a flight of stairs down to the living area, kitchenette and Master. Not an issue, just different. There was central heat but the downstairs doesn’t warm up easily with the rest of the house. There were two space heaters to make up for that which worked well. Showers were good with great water pressure. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to Roxbury Crossings station was very convenient and took maybe 8 minutes each way. Note that it’s uphill going to the apartment. We enjoyed that but some might find that challenging. One thing out of everyone’s control was that we had other guests staying in the apartment above ours. They partied pretty late into the nights and you could hear voices, furniture being moved, toilettes flushing and steps up and down the stairs a LOT. Overall, this was a winner and we would stay here again!"
