The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. We were made to feel so welcome, and made to feel like we were part of the family. The Breakfasts were fabulous, and it was brilliant to sit with our hosts and put the world to rights for an hour or two. We were so impressed we added an extra night’s stay to our itinerary. We traveled to MA for a brief visit with friends and stayed at On Cranberry Pond B&B for two nights. It is a lovely property on a cranberry bog, accommodations have separate entrances, there are thoughtful amenities in the bath, a substantial breakfast is served either indoors or out, and Paul was a delight in every aspect of our stay. My sister and I stayed here the last two nights of our recent New England vacation and both of us fell in love with it. The Inn itself, the comfortable room, and, of course,the breakfasts were just wonderful! We did have a fortunate bit of luck in the timing though. The Saturday morning we were there was the day of the cranberry harvesting in the bog behind the inn! It was a very unique and interesting experience to first see the beautiful cranberries in the bog and then watch them get harvested. We are both amateur photographers and had a field day in the early morning light around the property. It was beautiful! The owners were very helpful throughout our stay with everything from directions to carrying luggage. Had a wonderful time away from everything at this location. The deck attached to the room was perfect for the weather we had. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a great overnight stay. The bathroom in the room was great with a great shower head and it even had a black makeup rag that my girlfriend was thrilled with. Jeannine the innkeeper is wonderful and an excellent cook. She delights in making very creative breakfasts. Very friendly. Beautiful grounds in cranberry bog country but only twenty minutes to Plymouth. We had a suite with a living room, bed room and bath with extra sink area. Room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay at On Cranberry Pond although we were only there the one night it was one of the most memorable of our 2 week holiday. Such a lovely welcome by Jeannine. Our room (or suite of rooms actually) was very well stocked with just about everything thought of. We would have liked longer there to have explored some of the walks which are easily accessible from the property. Breakfast was easily the best we have experienced on our trip, Jeannine is a very talented lady who really can cook! We had to be in Boston (only 40 minutes drive) quite early to drop our car and Jeannine very kindly prepared breakfast early for us. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged so everything could be easily found. We even had a huge walk in closet! Definitely would go back there again. Location was nearby family because of our reason for the trip it was ideal. Wish we could have stayed longer. The food was great and you could come and go whenever you wanted too. ##### Dot
