My son and i surf so walking our boards down to the pier and linda lane area was pretty cool. We appreciated how bedrooms were downstairs and living area upstairs. The decore was nice and i could tell the owner took pride in her property. The balconies were nice to visit and enjoy the perfect weather we had for the week. It was also really easy doing dishes with the view of the ocean from the kitchen windows. Laundry was downstairs in garage but worked great and we were even happy to have a washer and dryer on site vs using a laundromat. Some minor issues the owner and future renters should be aware of to fix for future guests: -Master bedroom door didnt lock so we had 0 privacy with our 3 kids we brought which was a total bummer. - Master bedroom TV didnt work. - Utensils for cooking were grimmy and we had to clean them before usage. - Several Roaches outside which a couple made it in we had to kill. (No big deal) - Patio Screen doors need repair or really new ones need to be made. Im in the window business and know how easy and inexpensive they are to remake with mobile screen companies. If the owner dropped about $800-1000 on fixing these minor issues, the property would be presitine. Overall i gave this property is 4 stars which is still great.
