« Not often that everything is exactly as advertised or better. Great location, comfy bed and couch, small but fully functional kitchen. Huge container of coffee and filters etc was super appreciated ! Lastly, staff awesome, we got a warm good morning from one of the ladies that does house cleaning, Norma was so kind and offered up a great suggestion for us that night to head to the local food market….it was great! 100% stay +! »

« The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel. »

« This Oceanfront Condo was perfect for our stay in Oceanside. We often prepared meals and were happy with the kitchen supplies. Gas grills were a short walk away.The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the harbor, beach or downtown area. »

« My husband and I stayed at Pacific Villas during our recent vacation in Oceanside to celebrate our anniversary, When we arrived, it was close to midnight, so we weren't able to see what the area looked like outside until the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the ocean and the view from our unit. « Everything was great - Oceanside pier is a few minutes walk away, and we could open the windows and hear the ocean waves. The hosts were very proactive and communicative, check-in instructions were clear and check-out process was easy. We had a small request that they were easily able to accommodate. Highly recommend! »
