Relax on a balcony with drink in hand and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. In the morning, get ready to hit the beach which enjoying views of the surf from the comfort of your apartment. Pacific Villas: Unit 5 is located in the 3-story east building on the second floor. The unit is ocean facing with a partial southwest ocean view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex. Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM. Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM. Property Details: \- Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the motor-court in accessed via a tunnel. Tunnel clearance is tight (6 ft 8 inches high & 8 ft 2 inches wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot. We ask that guests plan accordingly and travel in smaller vehicles when possible for ease of convenience in parking. \- Unit accommodates two guests comfortably, however up to four guests are permitted with an added charge of $25/guest/night after two guests. \- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. \- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. The location is good. We walked to downtown on the upper street for dining out and found it to be a very beautiful walk with great ocean views. ##### Dena S. I am glad there was a space heater to use since the week I was in the area, the temperatures were lower than usual. A few things that can be improved on would be leaving some tissues for guests, change out coffee maker ( it almost looks like it was in a fire and rusted) and have someone clean out the washer occasionally. There seemed to be a mold issue on the gasket that should be addressed. The bedding was comfortable and inviting, but I didnt get much sleep due to renters (?) or tenant above me that had tv loud until midnight , then serious snoring until morning. I did love the place though and enjoyed the porch with chairs. I hope to be back one day. ##### Deb D. Although the unit was in the rear of the property, the views and sound of the ocean were fantastic. Our property manager was also great and responsive to any questions we had. Walking distance to the pier and local shops and restaurants. Definitely worth a stay at this location. Due to parking, which is right here on the premises, be sure your car is small enough to be able to be backed in or pulled out.
