"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "Our stay in Zermatt was so wonderful. Berenice's apartment is such a cute and cozy place in the mountains. We stayed here as a family with our small children and it was so much fun for the whole family. "Family of 3 for 2 nights in Zermatt, what an amazing place and an ideal location! Elena was a wonderful host with excellent communication leading up to and throughout our stay. The airline lost our bags and Elena was helpful as we scrambled to buy clothes and other neccessities in Zermatt. "I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. Kitchen has all cooking utensils you need and there is a large oven, the pots for cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette. Thanks again to staff from Zermatt holiday for pick up us in train station and kindly recommended a 3-day itinerary to us(Sadly I forgot...
