There are a few dining options across the street along with a small supermarket. It has paid parking available for 10 Swiss francs a night. I was in a room that was in am the newer wing of the hotel so the bathroom and room were in pretty good condition, and everything was clean. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Täscherhof where we received an unexpected upgrade to a deluxe suite which included breakfast.
