These twin entire homes, are BRAND NEW construction & were just beautifully furnished! They are a great places to call home for any amount of time. They are conveniently located in the Fort O area just on the other side of state line from Chattanooga. Close to everything! Each house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Total: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens & 2 dining rooms. Backyards will be fully fenced in & have gate between houses!
Other things to note
-This is two identical twin homes next to each other with a backyard with a fence between that can open to have shared backyard between both houses. We can accommodate larger groups than 16 but contact for more info prior to booking for these size groups.

-The road can be narrow and steep in parts. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles and any damage to them or the landscaping. There is plenty of room to drive and park however you MUST be cognizant of the narrow road and the street and driveway.

-This home has a max occupancy of 22 guests but that really only works when some of the guests are children. Each house has three bedrooms and then 1 fold out 6-in memory foam queen mattress or queen pullout and then 2 twin fold out 6-in memory foam mattresses. These are in addition to the King bed in the Master bedroom, and two Queen beds in each of the other bedrooms.

-The garage is available upon request. The parking limit is 8 regular sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicles.

-Happy to have infants, just know we don't not have outlet plugs, or foam guards, a crib or pac-n-play etc.
