"Clean room, it was disappointed by the AC unit. It was extremely noisy and affected our sleep. When I brought it up to the staff the next morning at checkout, they seemed to just shrug it off as no big deal. "

"Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. We didn't expect much but we were quite surprised. We came back to a clean room and our stuff were organized. Breakfast is simple but filling and the breakfast lady was helpful and nice. We will be back for sure."

"This was NOT a 4 star hotel. Not only were we not told there was construction being done to the outside and of the building so it was extremely loud the pool and hot tub were also out of use. It’s very dated and not well kept. The room was ok but the bed was so old and uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. The chaise in the corner was dirty and old. It was over all not a good stay. I was really disappointed."

"The suite is gorgeous with lots of windows and beautiful view of the downtown skyline. All the furniture is super comfy, especially the beds (even the pull out!) which was much appreciated. The kitchen is really well equipped and has everything you might need to cook or serve snacks. The location is superb, the train is steps away and the shops and restaurants of Sunnyside/Kensington are an easy walk. (Shout out to the delicious Acme Pizza only one block away - fantastic food and service!). Hosts are super responsive and check in was a breeze. "

"Overall very good hotel stay. The reason for 4star vs 5 is we had booked a larger suite but unfortunately the suites ar3 o front of hotel overlooking Memorial Drive. Lots of road noise. A different room was available after one night trying the suite noise. Great location & great staff."
