BALCONY/OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the fenced-in backyard & balcony to catch some rays, grill up a feast on the BBQ, soak in the hot tub (arriving mid-June) and take in the views of the city skyline. **Please note that the backyard and its BBQ & hot tub is a shared space with the lower-level guests (if present.)**
OFFICE This unit features a dedicated workstation upstairs in the fourth bedroom. There's also a single-to-king convertible daybed in there with all required bedding for additional sleeping space.
LAUNDRY This unit features an en-suite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING You will have access to the single-car garage and one (1) parking pass for street parking. Please note, you will need to register your vehicle with us in order to use the street parking.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
GUEST ACCESS You will have private access to the upper-level suite of this half-duplex unit. The separate, lower-level suite may have other guests present during your stay, who will have shared access to the backyard & its amenities (hot tub & BBQ.) If you wish to rent the full house instead, please look for our listing called "LA MAISON."
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
8. Finally, the lower-level suite of this house may be rented to other guests at this time. The backyard & its amenities (BBQ & hot tub) are a shared space with them (if present.) Please be sure to respect the space and other guests.
