We are an economy hotel and we do our best to keep the personal noise down after ten. Unfortunately we can not control. Please give us another try and stay upstairs kinda towards the back

Hello Holly,Thank you for taking the time to do our survey and leaving a review. Sorry about the pool. We have a Pool guy come three times a week and we take care of it in between. Being an open pool and lots of tree's it does collect leaves from all the oak tree's. I will be sure to pass this along to the pool cleaning guy however.

Kurtis,So sorry we did not live up to your satisfaction. We do work hard on our rooms that we allow smoking in. We completly clean our rooms when guest check out but sometimes the smoking rooms do linger. For anyone that smokes however we can not give our no-smoking rooms because they get those rooms smelling like smoke. We hope you will find one of our Choice Hotels that suits your needs better.

Thank you for taking the time to do our survey and for leaving your comments. We are a budget friendly hotel and we do not offer breakfast since 2019 for monetary reasons. If we can save we save our guest money. Please grab another budget friendly room any time we would love to have you. We will be looking at your A/C also in the room you stayed in to be sure it is working correctly. Our A/C's usually freeze everyone into a sweat shirt and blankets-)

Unfortunatly we can not move the hotel, or tell the other hotel how to act , but we do take extra percautions by having lots of camera's that we moniter 24/7 , we also do not let poeple on the property without being registered. We do even go up to people if we do not recognize them and ask them what room they are in. If they do not have a room we ask them to leave the premises. So rest assured we always want our guest to feel safe.

Dear Jodi,I would like to start with we are sorry that there was a disturbance with your next door room. It is unfortunate, however, we do not have control every single persons personal situation. As soon as we were made aware of the situation we did take actions to have it handled. As for maintence goes, I myself got them up from their TV's and had them come help us. They were there for 15 minutes just cleaning up and hanging a board. My name is Stephanie and I am the manager. I worked late Saturday and was off Sunday and got your message here before I could give you a call back. I will let you know how sorry we are that your stay was not up to your standards. We always want to have that perfect stay for our guest., but the reality is that we never know how guest will behave. If it is a situation that the hotel could not prevent or had no control of there really is not much we can do about that. All of our rooms face out to the parking lot and we tried to keep a group we checked in towards the back. However, being sold out that night you came in we most likly had to give you one of our last rooms. We do wish you would have came to us ASAP so we could have tried to help you. Hi Roger,Thank you so much for taking the time to do our survey and for leaving us a review.I would love to answer your concerns. 1) a matt at the entry way would not allow you to open the door. However, the girls at the front desk should have given an old towel for you to put your shoes on. it really is very messy when there is nowhere to put your shoes, or dry them off. 2) A channel guide would be nice. Unfortunately, with have so many different kinds of TV's in the hotel we can not give a correct channel guide. All of them are set up so different and have different channels. So sorry for this. We hope you get to come back and see us. We shall work on these issues for sure. -)

Dear Michelle,Please forgive us for the heater not working. Unfortunatally, we just had all of our a/c units cleaned over the summer and it ruined a lot of our heaters. We had someone coming to fix them,but of course, it is on their schedule to get here but we don't know when. We didn't know the actual date they were coming until they showed up. So you see the need to get them in the room when they come for this reason. I see you said they gave you a space heater. That was good. Choice hotels has many hotels to choose from and we sincerely hope you find one that suites your needs best.
