"The room was ok, no thermostat to control temp and was warmer than i would have liked. The bed was hard and made my back hurt. Staff did not answer the phone for about 30 min between 4 calls that i made before getting extra pillows. The doorman called transport for us and it took forever for him to come get us. "

"I loved everything about my experience at this hotel. Customer service was great. It was clean and the rooftop was beautiful. The breakfast was awesome. The location was great. It was perfect."

"What a wonderful stay! Our room was comfortable and spotless. Shout out to the cleaning staff! Great location with about a 10 minute walk to the United Center. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. They keep the front entrance locked which is a plus. About a block around the corner is where there is activity in the way of shops and traffic going into the city and hopping on/off 290. The hotel does have very limited parking for a fee that allows in/out privileges which was wonderful to have. I’d recommend staying here to everyone. "

"Just an old outdated hotel you know what you’re getting water pressure was a little low. Paint was cracked."

"Asked Expedia for an early check-in and was told it would be after three like it was supposed to be. It was very cold in Chicago and all we wanted to do is get in a room and begin the day. They promised they would call when our room is available and never ever did. So we walked around in cold Chicago waiting for the call that never ever came. Got the room at 6:30 pm and went to sleep a couple hours later. The heater didn’t work and it was freezing in the broom although they did bring blankets up and a tiny space eater the size of a shoebox. It was definitely not worth what we paid. (A Premium price) and feel a partial refund would be in order."
